Responded immediately to an urgent matter. Had an appointment within 30 minutes. Completely professional and explained everything (these were documents written in a foreign language that required an Apostille from the Secretary of State, so everything had to be exact).
I made a mistake on the original documents and had to return and she took me in within 15 minutes of my call. She saved my day.
